Nem elég csak vízzel arcot mosni

Washing your face with water alone is not enough.

If you ask 100 men what they wash their faces with, the reactions are mixed, but the most obvious response is confusion. What do you mean by wash your face? Isn't washing your face with just water enough? Common answers to what they use include (worryingly) soap, shampoo, and hand sanitizer. Let's get this straight!

WHY YOU SHOULD WASH YOUR FACE

You might think that there are very obvious and straightforward reasons why you should wash your face, but then the question arises: why don't more men wash their faces thoroughly, regularly with the RIGHT product?

Consider that a man's face is exposed to the following elements throughout the day:

  • Pollution
  • Powder
  • Dirt
  • Bacteria
  • Viruses
  • The sun's harmful UV rays

On top of all this, men's skin can be covered in oil (sebum) and dead skin cells. Now think about how good it would be to wash some of that off your skin! You have the power to keep your face clean and looking good without having to apply an Instagram filter. Use that power wisely.

In addition to removing dirt and any other unwanted debris that resides on your skin, using the right face wash will also:

  • Helps increase hydration (use a good moisturizer too).
  • Helps prevent acne
  • Your skin stays healthy.
  • You contribute to preventing excess oil production
  • You help the products you use work more effectively. Don't spend tens of thousands on facial care products and then apply them to a dirty face.

WASHING YOUR FACE WITH WATER ONLY

In general, water is good for your skin, and there's nothing wrong with just rinsing your face with water every now and then. However, unless you're using some kind of magic water, water alone is unlikely to remove all the unwanted fines mentioned above.

Just for the record, here's a list of other things you shouldn't use to wash your face:

  • Traditional soap - dries out the skin and can damage the protective barrier.
  • Shampoo - this is designed for your hair, not your face.
  • Shower gel - unlikely to be optimized for your face; you can do better
  • Hand washing - hopefully we don't have to go into detail about this.
  • Your wife's or girlfriend's products - they'll be good for her skin type and it's just not worth the hassle...

So now that we've ruled those out, what should you wash your face with? Drum roll please.........with a good men's face wash.

And a good men's face wash looks like this:

  • Optimized for men's skin
  • It contains premium quality ingredients that are proven to work together to benefit the skin.
  • Contains key ingredients in the right amount and concentration
  • Excludes ingredients that may be harmful
  • Smells really good
  • It looks great and masculine, so we can proudly display it in the bathroom

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU WASH YOUR FACE?

We make it really easy for you. A good face washing routine looks like this: first thing in the morning after waking up, before going to bed at night, and anytime you sweat heavily or have visible dirt accumulating on that manly face.
